Refugee Housing MN is a volunteer-led community effort created to address the urgent housing needs of refugees and other newcomers legally in the state.

Recent disruptions to refugee programs left resettlement agencies in Minnesota without significant sources of funding. As a result staff has been laid off, many programs discontinued and many refugees—admitted under official US government programs—left without federal funding for rent and basic needs.

Our mission is to fill that gap.
